What resin printing does well.

Every 3D printer here cures liquid resin into solid parts, layer by layer, with UV light: a laser on UnionTech and DWS machines (stereolithography, or SLA), a masked LCD screen on a HeyGears Reflex.

Which 3D printer brands do you supply?

Three makers, for different buyers. HeyGears Reflex bench-top resin 3D printers suit small businesses, studios and design teams. UnionTech builds large-frame industrial stereolithography for print bureaus and production. DWS specialises in jewellery, dental and fine-detail machines with small to medium build volumes.

How large a part can the 3D printers build?

The UnionTech SLA range runs from the PILOT 250 at 250 x 250 x 250 mm up to the RSPro2100 at 2100 x 700 x 800 mm. DWS working areas run from 100 x 100 x 100 mm on the desktop DW 028XLHR to 900 x 300 x 550 mm on the XCELL 900S and 900Q / QHR.

How much does a 3D printer cost?

Every HeyGears Reflex has its UK price, ex VAT, on its own page. Our UnionTech and DWS 3D printers are priced on application, because each one is priced on its configuration. Tell us what you want to print and we will quote. Request a quote

Am I tied to one resin supplier?

Not on UnionTech machines. They are an open design, so you are not tied to one resin supplier. We supply Somos resins for UnionTech SLA systems. UnionTech 3D printers

What is included when I buy a 3D printer from you?

Every UnionTech SLA 3D printer is installed and commissioned on your site by our engineers, with operator training on the 3D printer, RSCON plus part preparation. UK service, maintenance and spare parts come from our Cheshire base. DWS machines are also sold, installed and supported in the UK by Europac 3D. A HeyGears Reflex is bench-top, so there is no installation: we get your team printing.

Does software come with the 3D printer?

Yes. Every current DWS 3D printer ships with Nauta+ for file preparation and Fictor for machine control, with nothing to buy separately. UnionTech SLA 3D printers run UnionTech's RSCON control software. HeyGears Reflex 3D printers run Blueprint Studio.

Do you supply metal 3D printers?

Yes. UnionTech's current metal range is the MUEES430 PRO, a selective laser melting system that builds dense functional metal parts. We talk through the parts, alloys and volumes first so the machine is specified for the work. UnionTech SLM metal 3D printers

Do you support older DWS 3D printers?

Yes. We continue to support earlier DWS machines, including the XFAB 2000, 2500 and 3500 series. We also support the 028J, 029J and 029X, plus the XPRO S. Tell us which one you have. We will advise on materials, service and the current equivalent. DWS 3D printers
