Why the D600
For dental laboratories and orthodontic production.
A wide, shallow platform
A 600 × 600 mm platform, 100 mm tall, with room for many dental parts side by side in one build.
Accurate to ±0.1 mm
UnionTech quote ±0.1 mm on parts under 100 mm and ±0.1% of the dimension above that.
Fast scanning
A 355 nm laser with dynamic, variable beam focus scans at 8-15 m/s, with a beam size of 0.12-0.8 mm.
Closed-loop control
The machine runs under UnionTech RSCON with closed-loop control, from .stl files over the network.
