Specialist products and hard-to-find replacements, manufactured here on our own machines. Every one exists because somebody needed a part that was no longer made — and if you are holding one of those now, we may cover the scanning and engineering to bring it back.
How a replacement gets made
Scan the original, rebuild it as CAD, print it in production nylon, check it fits. Then it exists forever.

Two different things sit in this list. Some are replacements for parts you can no longer buy; some never existed until somebody needed one. Both start the same way.

How a part gets made
Normally recreating a component means paying for scanning, reverse engineering, design and printing before you get anything at all. That is why a single replacement usually costs more than the machine it goes in.

Some of these we keep on the shelf. The rest exist as a digital model and get made when somebody orders one — which is what makes a part with twenty buyers a year worth selling at all.

A hinge, a bracket, a knob, a cover, a clip, a bezel, a mount, a fitting. Off a machine, a camera, an instrument, a boat, a tractor, a lab bench — the equipment matters far less than whether other people are stuck with the same problem.

What are the parts made from?
The Denon door hinges and the Seat Leon Cupra R grille are 3D printed in PA12 nylon. The Orbea Ordu bento box is made in a hard nylon material.
How long does a printed-to-order part take to arrive?
If a copy is on the shelf it is dispatched the same day from Cheshire. If it has to be printed, allow about 3 to 4 working days to print before it ships, plus up to 2 weeks door to door in Europe.
Which Denon receiver do the door hinges fit?
The Denon AVR5803. The left hinge is part number 8901787855973 and the right hinge is 8901787856972. Both are supplied in black only. Denon door hinge (right)
Is the Seat Leon grille an exact copy of the original?
It was created from a 3D scan of an original, then modified at a customer's request to remove the S badge and replace it with a honeycomb grille section. It is printed in PA12 nylon with a matt black finish. Seat Leon Cupra R grille
What tyre sizes does the Roadie bike holder fit?
