Why the RSPro
Used for automotive parts, aerospace parts, investment casting, industrial parts, prototyping.
Up to four lasers
The RSPro 800 X runs four lasers in sync, which UnionTech say is up to 60% faster than their previous system.
Builds up to 2100 mm long
Six sizes from 600 × 600 × 500 mm to 2100 × 700 × 800 mm, so bumpers, dashboards and door panels print in one piece.
Granite recoater frame
A granite recoater frame keeps large builds dimensionally stable, with minimal deformation.
Closed-loop control
Platform movement, laser power, resin level, temperature and vacuum are all under closed-loop control for repeatable parts.
Open material platform
Run Somos grades or other resins chosen for the application, including high-strength, heat-resistant and transparent materials.
Remote fleet monitoring
The RSPro 800 X adds UT-ONE, for monitoring and batch management of several printers.
