A unique ultra-wide print area for high-volume batches of parts or unusually large shapes, with best-in-class surface quality for minimal to zero post-finishing.
Triple BlueEdge laser engine
Three solid-state BlueEdge lasers with triple-galvanometer scanning. The XCELL 900S is the second printer on DWS's XCELL platform.
Smart Coating for unattended runs
DWS's Smart Coating controls the viscosity, quantity and displacement of resin in the print area, for repeatable, unmanned operation over several days.
Quick change, low upkeep
Quick material change, 600 W electrical consumption and, DWS say, zero maintenance, in a highly automated process.
