How accurate is the RSPro800 2.0?
UnionTech quote ±0.15 mm on parts under 100 mm and ±0.15% of the dimension on larger parts.
Is it fast enough for production?
UnionTech built it for speed without losing precision. It scans at up to 12 m/s. It suits large single parts and high-volume batches of small ones.
Can it run different resins?
Yes. It has an open material system, including high-strength, heat-resistant and transparent resins. We supply Somos grades for UnionTech systems.
Is it easy to maintain?
UnionTech point to the replaceable resin vat, the stable frame plus the monitoring as what keeps operation and maintenance simple.
