Why the XCELL 900Q
Used for jewellery, eyewear, full-scale prototyping, jigs and fixtures, mechanical parts, moulding.
Twelve-laser light engine
Twelve solid-state BlueEdge lasers with twelve-galvanometer scanning, which DWS describe as the highest resolution available for jewellery and eyewear.
Ultra-wide 900 × 300 × 550 mm build
The same ultra-wide format as the XCELL 900S, with best-in-class surface quality for minimal finishing.
Smart Coating for unattended runs
Smart Coating controls the viscosity, quantity and displacement of resin, for repeatable, unmanned production over several days.
Light-engine-agnostic platform
The fourth printer on the XCELL platform, whose design accepts different irradiation solutions. Quick material change and, DWS say, zero maintenance.
