DWS Fusia 445
A castable resin built for volume jewellery work, used to grow casting trees (clusters up to 50 cm tall) with DWS XCluster and XCluster Chain software.
More from DWSFusia 445 is a yellow castable resin from DWS made for volume production of chains or jewellery. It is ideal for casting trees, which DWS call Clusters, built with their XCluster or XCluster Chain software. DWS quote clusters up to 50 cm tall. It suits bracelets, jewellery with pre-set stones or fashion accessories, usually in medium to thick sections. DWS say it burns out easily. Models need no further manual finishing. A TPO-free version, Fusia 446, is available.

Which printers run it
For high production volumes DWS recommend Fusia 445 with the XPRO Q / QHR, XPRO QL / QLHR, XCELL 300Q / QHR or XCELL 900Q / QHR. DWS describe the DW 028XLHR as fully compatible with their complete range of jewellery materials. Their jewellery page also lists the DW 029MKIII / HR. Clusters are built with the XCluster module of Nauta+, which DWS offer under a specific licence.
