XCELL LINE — AUTOMATED LARGE-SCALE PRODUCTION
DWS’s flagship production platform uses proprietary Smart Coating Stereolithography for highly automated, unmanned multi-day operation with minimal post-finishing. The XCELL 300S and 300Q/QHR offer a 300 x 300 x 550 mm working area; the XCELL 900S and 900Q/QHR extend this to an ultra-wide 900 x 300 x 550 mm with up to twelve BlueEdge® laser sources.
XPRO LINE — INDUSTRIAL SLA PROTOTYPING AND PRODUCTION
The XPRO range — XPRO S, XPRO SL, XPRO Q/QHR and XPRO QL/QLHR — covers industrial prototyping and production with working areas up to 300 x 300 x 500 mm and up to four BlueEdge® lasers.
DW LINE — BEST IN CLASS FOR FINE DETAILS
The compact DW line delivers DWS’s finest detail for jewellery, eyewear and precision mechanics: the DW 029MKIII / HR (170 x 170 x 200 mm, down to 20 micron resolution) and the desktop DW 028XLHR (100 x 100 x 100 mm). A DW 029XC / HR version is also listed in DWS’s current range — contact us for details.
XFAB PD — DENTAL LAB AND CLINIC
The XFAB name continues in DWS’s dental line: the XFAB 2500PD (Ø 180 x 180 mm working area) and XFAB 3500PD (160 x 160 x 180 mm) with Solid State BlueEdge® lasers and 10-100 micron layers. Please contact us for the DWS dental range.
