Durable, tough SLA material for complex hollow composite parts using a dry-removal process.
More from SomosSomos DMX SL-100 is a durable, tough SLA resin for printing sacrificial mandrels used to make hollow composite parts. It withstands the autoclave temperatures used in composites manufacturing while keeping its flexural strength, elongation and tear resistance. Afterwards the mandrel is removed dry from complex, convoluted shapes, with no soaking in caustic that could affect the composite part, so complex hollow parts can be made in days rather than weeks.
