DWS Fusia Digital Wax
DWS's newest castable, a wax-like opaque green resin that burns out much like traditional wax and makes surface detail easy to inspect.
More from DWSFusia Digital Wax is a castable resin from DWS that casts much like traditional wax. Its opaque green tone makes surface detail easy to inspect. DWS especially recommend it for jewellery with smooth, broad surfaces, where it is valued for high pattern repeatability. It builds automated casting trees with Nauta XCluster software or chains with Nauta XCluster Chain. It is also used for individual lost-wax parts, including industrial ones. It is TPO-free.

Which printers run it
DWS recommend their Fusia castables for use with Digital Wax 3D printers or the XPRO Q / QHR and XPRO QL / QLHR. Their jewellery page lists the XCELL 900Q / QHR, XCELL 300Q / QHR, XPRO QL / QLHR, XPRO Q / QHR, DW 029MKIII / HR and DW 028XLHR as compatible printers. DWS describe the DW 028XLHR as fully compatible with their complete range of jewellery materials. Casting trees are built with the XCluster module of Nauta+, which DWS offer under a specific licence.
