DWS Flexa Digital TPU 75
A soft photosensitive elastomer that brings TPU-like elasticity, rebound and high elongation to DWS SLA printers.
More from DWSFlexa Digital TPU 75 is a photosensitive elastomer DWS developed for their stereolithography printers to bring TPU mechanical performance to additive manufacturing. DWS give it 200% elongation at 75 Shore A, with high rebound plus high flexibility. It suits prototypes as well as end-use parts that need elasticity, rebound or high elongation. DWS recommend the white or grey grades for carbon fibre mandrels. A TPO-free version, Flexa Digital TPU-L 75, is available.

DWS do not name printers on the Flexa Digital TPU 75 page itself. Their gaskets page lists the XCELL 300S, XPRO SL and DW 029MKIII / HR as compatible printers for the Flexa series. Their footwear page lists the XCELL 900S, XCELL 900Q / QHR, XCELL 300S and XPRO SL as compatible printers.
