HP 3D High Reusability PA12
Ideal for producing strong, quality parts at the lowest cost per part.
3D Printworx
A 3D printing service for production runs of PA12 and PA11 nylon parts, from our own machines in Cheshire. Thousands of parts in a single twelve hour build, with no tooling to pay for first.

Our HP MJF 3D printing service uses a cutting-edge additive manufacturing process. A sophisticated inkjet printhead precisely deposits droplets of fusing and detailing agents onto a fine layer of nylon powder. Heat lamps then activate these agents, causing the powder particles to fuse together and form solid layers. This layer-by-layer construction results in parts with exceptional accuracy, fine details and smooth surfaces.
One of the key advantages of MJF is its ability to produce complex geometries without the need for support structures, making it a highly versatile solution for creating intricate and robust components across many industries.
Parts can be delivered in their natural grey colour or dyed black, and we offer the option to smooth them using vibro finishing technology.

Ideal for producing strong, quality parts at the lowest cost per part.

Thermoplastic material delivering optimal mechanical properties with superb impact resistance and elongation-at-break, ideal for snap fits, insoles, sports goods, living hinges and more.
Ordered by lead time, because that is usually what decides it. All four start from the same printed part.

4–6 days lead time
Raw finish with no additional post-processing treatments. Parts are cleaned of all loose material using Dyemansion technology to give crisp, clean parts. The parts have a grain-like texture and mottled grey colour.

5–7 days lead time
MJF parts are dyed deep black to give a tough, durable, scratch-resistant finish.

6–8 days lead time
MJF parts are smoothed using a physical vibro tumbling process. Parts have a raw grey colour.

7–9 days lead time
MJF parts have a smooth finish from vibro polishing. Colour is a deep scratch-resistant black.
