HeyGears UltraCraft Cure
The curing station built for the HeyGears Reflex workflow. Two UV wavelengths cure both the surface and the inside of the print, while heating up to 80 °C brings the part to full strength.

Why the UltraCraft Cure
One-click enhanced curing, with a curing cross-linking rate above 90%.
Fully cured from every angle
The light layout gives 360° UV exposure across the whole cabinet. Curing is even on every surface, keeping precision and surface detail.
Up to 80 °C heating
An extra heating function speeds up surface varnishing and paint finishing. HeyGears also suggests it for silicone mould curing, resin preheating or adhesive setting.
Two curing modes
High Performance Cure for greater strength. Rapid Cure for greater clarity of detail.
Auto-calculated curing
Linked with the Reflex print strategy, the Cure sets its own time and temperature. Switch to manual adjustment to fine-tune either.

Do I have to set the curing time myself?
No. The auto preset cures in one click from the print's own settings. Manual adjustment is there when you want to change the time or temperature.
Can it be used for heating alone?
Yes. Its heating function reaches up to 80 °C for paint or coating baking, resin preheating or adhesive setting.
