Large Format SLA 3D Printing Services
Precision. Scale. Performance — Large Format SLA 3D Printing for Industrial Parts
What is SLA Additive Manufacturing?
SLA, also known as stereolithography, is a form of additive manufacturing that uses vat photopolymerisation technology. Objects are produced by selectively curing polymer resins layer by layer using ultraviolet (UV) laser beams. This advanced process produces parts with outstanding surface finish, precision, and detail compared to other common 3D printing methods.
Unlike extrusion based FDM 3D printing that melts filament, or powder-based systems like SLS that sinter powder, SLA uses a liquid photopolymer which is solidified very precisely where it’s needed. The result is smooth surfaces, tight tolerances and clean geometries straight off the 3D print bed

Why Choose SLA Additive Print Service?
Exceptional Surface Finish And Detail
Industrial SLA produces ultra-smooth surfaces and fine feature resolution, making it ideal for high end visual models, precision prototypes and parts that require minimal post-processing.
High Dimensional Accuracy
SLA delivers tight tolerances and excellent dimensional stability, ensuring parts are accurate, repeatable and suitable for functional testing and assembly fit-checks.
Complex Geometry Without Compromise
SLA technology produces intricate internal features, thin walls and complex geometries that are difficult or impossible to achieve with many other 3D printing technologies.
Scalable-Large-Format Capability
Industrial SLA systems enable the production of large, single-piece components, reducing the need for assembly while maintaining consistent quality across the entire build volume.
SLA Materials

Standard White Resin
An ‘ABS Like’ resin that offers our most cost effective material solution for the additive manufacture of large components. Combining excellent surface detail, incredible accuracy and durability, this SLA material is a widely uesed versatile material
Print Volume800 x 800 x 550mm
Lead Times From 7 days
Min Wall Thickness0.8mm
Layer Height100 microns
High Temperature Resin
High Temp 220D is a high-temperature SLA photopolymer resin developed for components that require dimensional stability and mechanical performance at elevated temperatures. When correctly post-processed, parts can achieve a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 227°C.
