The DW 028XLHR is the successor to the 028J and brings DWS’s highest desktop print quality to jewellery designers, goldsmiths and fashion accessory makers. It combines a compact 100 x 100 x 100 mm working area with a Solid State BlueEdge® laser and 10-100 micron layer thickness, and ships with the Nauta®+ and Fictor® software suite and an external PC included.
DWS’s jewellery material families — including the Fusia casting resins, now joined by the new Fusia Digital Wax for casting as easy as wax — are developed and produced in-house, so models for direct investment casting and rubber moulding come off the platform with the surface quality the 028 series is known for.
