DWS 3D PRINTERS UK
029 J
Professional jewellery SLA — production-grade castable patterns for manufacturers.
The 029J is a high-speed, high precision SLA 3D printer for rapid manufacturing within the jewellery industry.
Range update (August 2026): the 029J is a previous-generation DWS system and no longer features in DWS’s current range. We continue to support installed machines — ask us about the current equivalent, its successor the DW 029MKIII / HR, with 20 micron resolution in the HR version, or request a quote for the latest range.
The 029J represents the pinnacle of what is achievable in SLA 3d printing, in terms of both accuracy and quality of small intricate details. Is has been specifically developed for medium and large-sized jewellery workshops that require a reliable printer that can produce large amounts of jewellery pieces every day ( up to 270 pieces). It can produce smooth surfaces, undercuts, cavities, and filigrees, allowing for maximum freedom when designing complex and freeform shapes.
The Nauta+ software offers a quick and user friendly way to automatically generate support structures for jewellery pieces and means there is no prior 3d printing knowledge or expertise to run the machines.

Direct Casting
FUSIA DC300
Fusia DC300 was developed for direct investment casting of jewellery models. Fusia DC300 allows the building of detailed parts with high quality resolution, dimensional accuracy and smooth surfaces which do not require any other manual finishing. Models made of Fusia DC300 remain perfectly stable and have accurate shapes and dimensions.

FUSIA DC400
Fusia DC400 was developed for direct investment casting of jewellery models. Fusia DC400 casting resin allows the building of detailed parts with high quality resolution and smooth surfaces which do not require any other manual finishing. It allows the manufacture complicated shapes easily, thanks to its high growth factor.

FUSI DC500
Fusia DC500 is a material specially developed for direct investment casting of jewellery models. Fusia DC500 allows the building of detailed parts with high quality resolution and smooth surfaces which do not require any other manual finishing. The elasticity of Fusia DC500 allows to set the stones directly into the resin model.

Fusia DC550
Fusia DC550 is a high performance material specially developed for the direct casting of the finest jewellery patterns. The main characteristic of this material is the capability of building detailed parts with high quality resolution and smooth surfaces. It allows the building of the finest details and extremely smooth surfaces in order to reduce or even eliminate the manual finishing and proceed immediately with the direct casting procedure according to a simple burn out cycle. DC550 is the ideal material for special applications such as stone pre-setting, micropavé, multiple parts and chains.

FUSIA DC700
Fusia DC700 was specially developed for direct casting of jewellery models with standard investments. It allows the building of detailed parts with high quality resolution, accuracy and smooth surfaces. Fusia DC700 casting resin is perfect for an easy burnout with standard investments.

FUSIA DC710
Fusia DC710 is the cutting-edge material for direct casting and is extremely useful for filigree and ultra-thin models. The black colour allows the user to immediately visualise fine details on the model.

FUSIA DC800
Fusia DC800 is the latest material for direct casting, developed for detailed and smooth models. Fusia DC800 is a versatile material suitable and can be used with any kind of design.

Direct Jewellery 3D Printing
IRIX WHITE
Irix® is a nano-ceramic material for direct printing, available in different colours. Thanks to Irix® revolutionary ‘digital stone’, designers have the possibility of developing their creativity without any shape limit or colour restriction. Now it is possible to manufacture directly from the STL file without having to use conventional tools and methods.

Aesthetical Models
PRECISA 779
Precisa 779 is a rigid opaque material, in gray colour. It is precise and accurate and suitable for the realization of prototypes, toys, high detailed models, marketing samples and models for silicon molds.

High Temperature And Moulding
THERMA 210
Therma DM210 is a nano-filled ceramic material specially developed for rubber moulding applications, including VLT, liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at medium-low temperatures (max. 90°C). Models made of Therma DM210 can be removed easily from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carry out some difficult cuts that wouldn’t be possible with a metal model. Therma DM210 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.

THERMA 220
THERMA DM220 is a photosensitive material for DWS’ SLA systems. It is suitable for thick and thin models. It can be used
to make liquid silicones and rubber vulcanized at a maximum temperature of 180-200°C. Models made of THERMA DM220 resin can be removed easily from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carry out some difficult cuts that would not be possible with metal models.

PRECISA 260
Precisa DL260 is a moulding resin suitable both for thin and thick models. It can be used to make rubber moulds with liquid silicone and rubber vulcanized at a maximum temperature of 90°C. Precisa DL260 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details. It is suitable to realize fashion accessories, low temperature masters and aesthetical mock up.
