XCELL 300

Automated mid-volume SLA production for small and large parts

The XCELL 300 is part of DWS’s new flagship XCELL production platform. It offers an industry-standard print format of 300 x 300 x 550 mm, making it the ideal solution for mid-volume production of both small and large parts. Proprietary Smart Coating Stereolithography optimises the viscosity, quantity and displacement of the material within the printing area, delivering superior repeatability and unmanned operation over multiple days.

Two versions are available: the single-laser XCELL 300S for high-resolution prints with excellent surface quality, and the quad-laser XCELL 300Q — DWS’s proprietary quad-laser light engine offering the highest resolution available for jewellery and eyewear applications, also supplied in an HR laser version (XCELL 300QHR).
