How it gets printed
A printed fixture costs a fraction of a machined one and can be redesigned on Tuesday for Wednesday. For load-bearing work that means MJF nylon; for anything hot, a filled SLA resin like PerFORM or HeyGears PAH270.
Doing it yourself
Where the part exists but the drawing does not — which on a production line is most of the time — scanning is the front of the job and printing is the back of it. We do both, in one building.
