Damaged Items

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, please contact us at sales@europac3d.com within 7 days of the order being received.

After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

No Reason Return

If you are not satisfied with your goods you have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Shipping

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
