DWS 3D PRINTERS UK
DW 029MKIII / HR
High-precision SLA, successor to the 029 series — 170 x 170 x 200 mm working area, 40 micron (standard) or 20 micron (HR) resolution for jewellery, eyewear and precision mechanics.
The sustainable evolution of DWS’s best-in-class fine detail printer
The DW 029MKIII succeeds the long-running 029 series and is the first DWS 3D printer developed under the company’s new sustainable product vision: 98% less waste, 30% better surface quality and 10% higher productivity than its predecessor. It offers a 170 x 170 x 200 mm working area, a Solid State BlueEdge® laser and the Nauta®+ and Fictor® software suite.
Designed to meet the most demanding requirements, it delivers tolerances down to 0.05 mm — ultra-fine jewellery detailing with a minimum feature thickness of 0.10 mm on castable materials, accurate functional components for eyewear, faithful micro-features for precision mechanics, and undercuts and complex geometries for mould production.
Two Resolution Versions
Standard version with 40 micron resolution, or the DW 029MKIII HR with 20 micron resolution for the very finest detail.
Centesimal Precision
Ultra-high resolution and industrial-grade reliability with a streamlined user interface — ideal for jewellery, eyewear, mechanics and mould manufacturing.
