Low-volume production
3D print thousands of parts for use in low-volume production runs, eliminating expensive tooling costs and lowering cost per part.
3D Printworx
A UK 3D printing service specialising in small-volume production runs, from our own manufacturing facility in Cheshire. Upload a file and an engineer comes back with a price — usually the same working day.
More than 20 years supplying 3D scanning and printing across the UK and Ireland — one-off prototypes through to tens of thousands of parts. No CAD data? We can scan the object first and print from that.

Many industries need product variations, or parts that are each uniquely different. We produce bespoke parts at volume.

High-quality prototypes to cut development lead times — accurate, detailed parts with a fast turnaround.

Insoles, AFOs, wrist braces, helmets and face masks. Fast, efficient batch production in PA12 and PA11.
Running PA12 and PA11 nylon. PA12 is the all-round choice for strong, durable, precise components; PA11 flexes more, which makes it right for snap fits, orthotics and other medical devices.
A fleet of large-volume Uniontech stereolithography systems, producing functional prototypes, tooling and end-use parts for demanding industrial applications.
We can scan virtually any object into a 3D model, then modify, scale or adjust it ready to print — an end-to-end service where the customer has no data of their own.
Four materials, side by side. Not sure which? Describe what the part does and an engineer will pick one and print you a sample.

Strong, durable, with excellent chemical and heat resistance. Accurate detailed parts with isotropic properties in X, Y and Z. Low raw-material cost makes it the right choice when many thousands of parts are needed.
About PA12 Nylon
For strong, flexible parts — orthotics, sports goods, hinged components. Detailed parts with an excellent surface finish and high impact resistance.
About PA11 Nylon
A cost-effective, general-purpose stereolithography resin with a clean white matte finish. Crisp edges and smooth surfaces straight off the printer.
About SLA White Resin
High Temp 220D, for components that need dimensional stability and mechanical performance at elevated temperatures. Correctly post-processed, parts reach a heat deflection temperature of up to 227°C.
About High Temperature ResinTriangulated mesh or original CAD — or a photograph and a description if that is what you have. An engineer looks at the geometry and comes back with a price and a lead time.
