Shoe Insole 2, printed on our HP Multi Jet Fusion. Footwear is soft, curved and rarely symmetrical, and the parts that matter — the last, the sole, the insole — are the ones a caliper cannot describe.
Why the HP Multi Jet Fusion
Multi Jet Fusion packs the whole chamber with parts and fuses them in PA12 nylon, so the parts come out strong enough to use rather than to look at. Powder that did not fuse goes back in, and a chamber full of parts costs little more than a chamber with one.
