Printed on the 3D Systems ProJet · Automotive
Car, printed on our 3D Systems ProJet. Vehicle work is nearly always about fit: a part that has to sit against something else, or a panel measured to see how far it has moved. Getting the geometry right is the whole job.

The ProJet builds in full colour, binding powder layer by layer with the colour printed into the material rather than painted on afterwards. It is the machine for something that has to be looked at — a model, a figure, a presentation piece.
Send a photograph and roughly what you need out of it — a mesh, a CAD model, an inspection report, or the finished part. An engineer looks at it and comes back with a price and a lead time, usually the same working day.
Ring the office and ask — somebody who runs the machines will pick up and answer it properly.
STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ or 3MF. An engineer looks at the geometry and comes back with a price, usually the same working day.
Sprays, targets, calibration plates and printed spares, out of Whitchurch the same day if you order before 3pm.
