- You send what you haveA CAD file, a photograph, a sketch on the back of something, or just a description. We would rather see a rough file than wait for a perfect one.
- An engineer looks at itNot a form handler. Somebody who runs the machines checks the geometry, the tolerances and whether the way you are asking is the cheapest way to get it.
- You get a price and a lead timeUsually the same working day. If it is going to take longer because the part is unusual, we tell you that rather than going quiet.
