Send an STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ or 3MF. An engineer looks at the geometry and comes back with a price — usually the same working day. Tell us the material and quantity if you know them; we will suggest something if you don't.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Order an in-stock item before 3pm and it leaves Whitchurch the same day.
Do you charge for UK delivery?
Delivery to the UK mainland is free on orders over £75. You can also collect from us in Whitchurch free of charge.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Are your prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown ex VAT. VAT at 20% is added to goods and delivery at checkout.
How long does a print-on-demand part take?
If it is on the shelf it is dispatched the same day. If it has to be printed, allow about 3 to 4 working days to print before it ships. Allow up to two weeks door to door in Europe. 3D printed products
How can I pay?
By card or PayPal at checkout, with no sign-up needed. Trade accounts can also choose a 30-day invoice and add their purchase order. Pay by invoice
Do I need an account to order?
No, checkout works as a guest. An account keeps your order history and saved addresses. It also lets you put a past order back in the basket. Your account
Does one login work on both shops?
Yes. The same email with the same password works on 3D Printworx and 3D Scanworx.
