Which printer do these resins work with?
Every resin here is a HeyGears UltraPrint material for the Reflex range, printed through Blueprint Studio’s pre-tuned profiles. Tick your printer under Your printer and the table shows only the resins HeyGears list for it. Some need the Pulsing Release Module, which each resin’s page says. The Reflex printers
Where do the figures come from?
From HeyGears’ own published data for each resin, the same figures shown on that resin’s page. Where a resin comes in several colours with different figures, the table gives the first colour and names it. A dash means HeyGears do not publish that figure.
Which resins stand up to heat?
By heat deflection temperature, the highest are PAH270 (270 °C), PAH10 High-Temperature Resistance (110 °C) and PAT10 Transparent (67 °C).
Is there a flexible, rubber-like resin?
Yes: DE70 Damping Elastomer, PAE10 Elastic, PAF10 Flexible Production, RE40 Resilient Elastomer, RE70 Resilient Elastomer and RE80 Production Resilient Elastomer. Elongation at break is the column to compare.
Can I print clear parts?
PAF10 Flexible Production, PAT10 Transparent and ClearG115 Gloss Glaze are the clear and translucent resins.
Do you supply Somos and DWS resins too?
Yes, to order, for UnionTech and DWS printers. They are not sold online, so they are not in this table. Each has its own page saying what it is for, and we confirm the right grade for your machine before you order. All our materials
What if I am still not sure which to choose?
Send the part as a STEP file, an STL, or a photograph and a sketch. An engineer who prints these every day will tell you which resin they would use and why. Send us the part
